Our goal is to make the best items your taste buds can imagine, while keeping true to our Italian background. All of our items are made with natural ingredients, imported chocolate and preserves from Europe. We only use true Italian recipes, and we still measure all of our ingredients in kilos and grams. Our recipes are passed down from generation to generation, rich in the Ambrosetti family tradition.

I remember as a small child, I would sit in my grandmother’s kitchen and watch her as she would prepare the Torta di Riso, a famous dessert from the Piemonte region. She would sit in a chair for hours and hand pick each grain to ensure their perfection. This is the care we give our desserts.

From my grandmother and her mother before her, to our kitchen today - these recipes come to life and are available to you for an authentic Italian taste. That’s why our desserts are only the best from Italy.
